Kokkola Industrial Park (KIP) on Pohjois-Euroopan suurin kemian- ja metallienjalostusteollisuuden ekosysteemi, jossa toimii useita kansainvälisiä huippuyrityksiä. Alueelle on sijoittunut 16 tuotannollista yritystä sekä noin 60 palveluyritystä tukemaan tuotantoyrityksien ydintoimintoja. Yritykset työllistävät suoraan 2 400 henkilöä.
